Prices & VAT

There is a flat-fee shipping cost per order for unframed prints. The shipping cost will not increase if multiple prints are added to your shopping cart.

UK Orders

The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay and includes UK VAT at 20%.

EU & European Economic Area Orders

The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

(For orders to the above countries duties and taxes are paid electronically by Jacqueline Stanhope Fine Art to the relevant authorities. In shipping terms this is referred to as 'Delivered Duties Paid' and ensures a speedy and seamless delivery by DHL.)

Rest of the World Orders

UK VAT at 20% will be deducted at checkout. Local taxes/duties may apply in your own country, state or province.

Raw Materials

We have a large stock of raw materials, all of which are sourced from the UK.

Delivery Information

Fully-tracked domestic and international shipping with our long-term partners DHL.

We aim to deliver orders within the following timescales after the order date.

Unframed Prints

UK: 2 Working Days.

Ireland: 3 Working Days.

Mainland Europe: 4 Working Days.

USA and Canada: 3 Working Days.

Rest of the World: 4 Working Days.

Framed Prints & Canvas Prints

Our bespoke framed prints and canvas prints are handmade to order. 

UK: 7-8 Working Days.

Ireland: 10 Working Days.

Mainland Europe: 10 Working Days.

USA and Canada: 10 Working Days.

Rest of the World: 10 Working Days.

Framed prints and canvas prints will arrive securely packaged in a wooden carry-case. A few days after delivery we will arrange for DHL to collect each case, free of charge, as cases must be returned promptly for deliveries to other customers and eventual recycling. Our shipping cases do not form part of any order and remain the property of Jacqueline Stanhope Fine Art.
